Four Best Friends Join Gretchen on MTTS 2014

Hundreds of MINI Motorers taking part in MINI TAKES THE STATES 2014 have chosen to take along some canine company on the coast-to-coast rally but for Gretchen Dirks, it seems that having just one dog in her MINI is clearly not enough.

Gretchen, from Denver, Colorado, is motoring with the rally between Grand Junction, Colorado, and Dallas, Texas, and she has been joined in her red 2012 MINI Convertible by her four giant poodles.

For Gretchen and her four special companions, who originally joined the drive via a feeder rally from her home city, this is the second time they have taken part in MTTS.

By the time the epic rally reaches its destination in Boston MA on August 9 after passing through 18 cities and 15 states over 14 days, the pet roll call will show that a total of 122 dogs, six cats, two reptiles and even one bird will have joined their owners at MTTS 2014 events.
