MOTORERS MEET THEIR CARS IN MINI-ATURE

Woodcliff Lake, NJ,  July 13, 2016. When hundreds of MINI motorers stopped to grab lunch and stock up on sweet treats at a leading Michigan cupcake store on day six of MINI TAKES THE STATES, they also had the chance to pick up an edible replica of their car in MINI-ature.

Staff at the Gourmet Cupcake Shoppe in Midland, Michigan, had prepared MINI-shaped and decorated cookies in four different colors for the MTTS guests who visited their store during a break in the 326-mile drive from Detroit to St Ignace. They also provided a free cupcake to every visitor.

Among those who picked up a cookie-shaped version of their MINIs was Craig Coccaro from Mount Laurel, NJ, and his 12-year old son Andrew, who are driving their red 2012 MINI Hardtop from Baltimore, MD, to Green Bay, WI.
