COMMUNITIES TURN OUT IN FORCE TO GREET MTTS 2016

Woodcliff Lake, NJ,  July 14, 2016. Whenever MINI TAKES THE STATES 2016 rolls in to the towns and villages, large and small, along the 4,400-mile route of the epic cross-country rally, participants can be guaranteed a warm and enthusiastic welcome from residents in the communities wherever they go.

When MTTS 2016 arrived for a break at the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum in the village of Naubinway, MI, on day seven of the rally, they were enthusiastically greeted by members of Naubinway’s Top of the Lake Communities Association.

Members of the Association, which brings together businesses and individuals in the small fishing village on the northern edge of Lake Michigan, turned out in force to help manage the considerable parking supervision task at the museum as hundreds of MINIs arrived en masse in the village.

The members also provided popcorn, beverages and other refreshments for motorers in return for a voluntary donation to the Association.

“We are here to support the Top of the Lakes Snowmobile Museum on what must be one of its busiest days ever,” said Dean Broadberg, President of the Top of the Lakes Association, “And we’re delighted to welcome MINI TAKES THE STATES to our community in this way.”
